Is the cover of the upgrade kit connected correctly without interfering with the existing am4 guide? If I remember correctly, it must have been an x570 board, right? I saw your post a while ago and left a reply. I also picked up a commander pro and tried plugging both the AIO and commander core into it and then plugging the commander pro into the USB slot on the motherboard.still the same outcome

It also looks like there might be driver errors for "Unknown Devices".

I am still not certain what is causing this but it looks like the corsair USB devices aren't being recognized for some reason (see screenshots).

Video Card: Sapphire Toxic Radeon 6900X.

the commander core is plugged into the remaining usb motherboard slot.

the node core and the AIO usb cables are plugged into one usb motherboard slot via a usb splitter that came with the AIO.

One additional fan is plugged into an Rgb socket on the commander core

6 fans are plugged into a corsair Rgb hub which is then plugged into an led slot on a node core.

This repeater and one additional fan is plugged into a commander core.

I have six ML120 fans (including three on the AIO rad) plugged into a PWM Repeater on the back of a 5000D corsair case.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

I have tried going over these steps multiple times but have not had any luck yet. The cooler seems to power and function ok (see picture attached) but I am unable to see it/edit it in iCUE (iCUE is just recognizing my corsair memory). I know this has been discussed ad nauseam but I am having trouble getting iCUE to recognize my H150i Elite LCD cooler.
